I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Newark, DE) in Nov 2013
Interview
I applied online. Once they checked and accepted it, they emailed me to log back onto the site and continue my application. After that i received information for an interview. It was more like an information session. Then we were to call back and schedule an interview with HR . After that we got a one on one interview and if he liked you, he had you go back to the application and fill out the background check information. At this point you were hired while waiting for your background check to come back. We had a paid orientation and then started work the next week (after thanksgiving).

Question 1
Since it was seasonal none of the questions were very hard or unexpected. The most important one was why do i want the position.
Basically no questions about UPS or anything about the job. I think it was mainly based on appearance. Very easy to get this job...just show up on time, be flexible with schedule, and want the job.

Question 1
Just asked about your current employment. UPS always needs more staff for the Holiday season. Very easy to get hired.
Took online application, was set up an interview online to attend at their warehouse. I found a group of about 15 interviewing for the position along with me when I arrived. We were set in a room and talked about the position details. After we decided to stay we were sent individually for 5min interviews which asked about our application and why we wanted to work there. They said they would call the next day and I'm still waiting to hear back from them.
