I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Louisville, KY) in Mar 2018
Interview
You have at least two interviews, and at least one of them is a panel interview. It is a pretty standard interview. They want to know why you want to be a supervisor, what your skills are, they also want to know if you can hold people accountable.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at UPS (San Antonio, TX) in May 2018
Interview
Detailed and straight forward. Basic information on what to expect when working for UPS. It starts off by interviewing at a local UPS center, then finding out what position is best for you.

Question 1
What schedule works best for your life and would the physically demanding work be okay for you?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Jacksonville, FL)
Interview
Came in with a group of other hires. We got pulled into an office, one-by-one, to be asked the most basic of questions. Interviewers were not prepared for my questions and seemed surprised someone would have questions for them (generally a bad sign). It is a low supervisory position so i guess it shouldn't come as a surprise.
We also had to take a basic online test for simple data analysis, personality and scenario reactions.
