literally no interview you just do orientation it’s cool and a bit lengthy and it’s technically “your first day” but after that you start your training on the very next day

Very easy process and is not difficult. They get you into work very fast. Staff if very nice and paperwork gets processed fast. Overall my interview process at ups went very well they give you a good insight to what you’ll be doing.
