Had interviews, all went well nothing hard if you have some experience with warehouse and trucks. It's common sense if you know what your doing. Go over qualifications, make sure your able to wait until your called.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UPS (Goleta, CA) in Jun 2012

Hired as a part time loader work through probationary period then you are eligible for promotion after submitting a letter requesting to be a part time supervisor. Then there is an aptitude test and an interview as part of a larger process. The hiring process was long drawn out and very bureaucratic. It took a long time due to lazyness on the center manager's part and not knowing how to promote. Make sure you stay on your boss so he gets it done.

The best way to get into this company if to know someone or go to a career fair they are attending, don't expect to start out in any position higher than a package handler. UPS requires background checks so no felons.
