I applied in-person. I interviewed at UPS (Milwaukee, WI) in Oct 2012
Interview
Interview included testing to qualify for personal integrity, one on one interview with current manager and on one interview with department manager. Both managers discussed whether or not I was a good fit for the position which helps put the right person in the job. Some personalities fit better in certain positions. Which helped my confidence going into the new position.

Question 1
How would I handle a situation with a dishonest co worker
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Elm Grove, WI) in Aug 2014
Interview
I had to take an aptitude and personality test. Once I passed that, the interview was brief and the job was offered to me mostly based on my college degree and the fact that I had previously managed people at another company. One of the most important pieces in my understanding is the personality portion of the interview though, because you often have to deal with difficult people on the job and have to interact well with both union and non union employees.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UPS (Wooster, OH) in Feb 2014
Interview
Group interview, individual interview, building tour, another interview, online management test. Applied and first interviewed in February and didn't get in the door until April. Long process. Interview was difficult. Must know basic business math to pass the online management test.
