I was put in a zoom call with others. Given a general description of the job then put into a break out room and asked questions. Such as why I want the job.

I think they hire anyone who comes in. My interview process was more like an orientation. They gave a description of the job and asked if you were capable of doing it. It lasted about 15 minutes, I left my social and they get back to you within a week.
