I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at UPS (Kalamazoo, MI) in Aug 2014
Interview
After applying online, you're automatically given an appointment (may vary depending on seasonal hiring). This appointment is for a tour of the building, nothing major formal but a nice dress type shirt and jeans will do. Afterwards, HR will call you to see if you're still interested and if you are they will set you an interview with HR. It's a very comfortable process. After the first interview you go in for a second interview with who would be your supervisor (and sometimes you may meet with your supervisor's boss, depending on workload that day).
In the second interview it was very much mentioned that they're workable on helping you not only get adjusted with the work experience but that they are always open to helping you further get along in the work.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Naples, FL) in Aug 2015
Interview
Pretty strait forward. We are led around the facility and given an overview of how the entire building works together in the early hours to accomplish packages being unloaded/loaded into the right trucks. During this time they cover what positions are available and what the company has to offer for those who stay with UPS. During the interview you are given some basic questions concerning your work ethic and why you have applied to work for the company, what you can as an associate offer. The usual, by this time you will be notified if you are hired or not. I left the building from my interview with a start date of my employment.

Interview
During the interview process I filled out an application online and received a call within a week or two. I was scheduled for a tour and in person interview. Very simple show up on time with work boots was the only requirement.
