No interview process, the position requires enlistment into the US Army. Candidates must meet physical and medical requirements to join and some positions may require a security clearance which involves questions regarding employment history
Interview took almost 3 months to conduct. After acceptance into the organization we were sent to on the job training where we were taught our basic job skills.
Treated like a child for the first couple of years.

Interview
To become a human intelligence collector you must initially pass the ASVAB with a GT score of 110 or higher. Upon accepting job a background check will be administered in order to obtain a top secret clearance. Physical and mental evaluations will take place prior to enlistment.
