Interviews are easy as long as your OERs are good. The AIM marketplace is a sham though. Total facade. You need to have a personal connection and voco before you try to match on AIM.

Interview
The interview process was fairly smooth and very easy. Questions were relatively easy to answer. Scenario questions were relatively easy to answer yes, and no questions were relatively easy to answer. All questions were answered from both parties.
