I spoke to recruiter and then to a person holding job currently on a temporary basis. Both interviews were via telephone. I don't think I hit it off with the second person I spoke to.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at US Army in Oct 2016
Interview
Was offered job on phone. No extensive interview besides questions in e-mail. There are different levels you can come in at, depending on experience and education. I was able to come in at the highest level, Target level, because of my bachelors in Psychology.

Question 1
Asked in e-mail what age group I wanted to work with and why.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at US Army (Virginia Beach, VA) in Sep 2016
Interview
Short and sweet, everything was right there ready to go and when there was a problem in any way shape or form it was swiftly corrected. Very smooth transition to the workforce. I did come in to ship off instantly and months later that’s what happened. If there was an award for easiest job interview ever this company would be the one to get it.
