Interview
Drug test, physical, ASVAB, background check, criminal record, high school diploma, college degree verification. There really is not job interview process for the Army. Spend time talking to a recruiter, JROTC instructor, veterans and any other members of other branches of the military.

Question 1
I did not have an interview. I guess the interview process is more of when the recruiter talks to you and asks why you want to join the Army, what you expect to get out of joining the Army and what job are you interested in doing?

Interview
I needed a moral waiver for a previous arrest from several years before I enlisted and the phone interview that I thought went well turned out to be a nightmare and my initial waiver was rejected. See recruiter about opportunities. Take the ASVAB test. Be offered a position based on your skills and abilities. Pick one of the available positions offered. Report to Basic Combat Training at the designated site. Be prepared for long nights of no sleep, constant bickering by classmates and details, details' details.
