Started with a resume review where my resume was instantly rejected due to lack of "relevant experience" (was not so but what can you do?), was able to back door back into the process which then included a phone screen and then an interview with the hiring manager

Interview
Long and thorough team feedback and team buy-in process which measures both functional AND cultural fit. Many rounds, many people in Palo Alto HQ, up and down the org chart from VP to line level. Great people, great organization, but penny wise/pound foolish blinders in some areas. This actually showed itself in small ways at several points during the process. Gave them several opportunities to be smarter than the ink on the paper, but to no avail. Could not think strategically in the best interest of stakeholders on easily solved issues, which was concerning for the long term. There is no substitute for talent...

Phone interview with Hiring Manager and a peer. On site loop with 3 peers, Hiring Manager, 2 peers of hiring manager, 1 Skip Level As appropriate interview. Lunch with a peer to hiring manager.
