Interview
I was called for PM Interview, then the PM Interview turns out into TECH background. I suggest, you better clarify before interview what job is this, how does day to day looks, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at VMware (Singapur) in Jan 2021
Interview
First screening was done with HR call.
Next will be with hiring manager, after which was interviewing with someone higher up .
It took them 2 weeks to arrange one round so I had 3 rounds with them and basically wasted 6 weeks of time. At the end of the day after following up for about 2 weeks no one give a damm to even give you a reply, not even the hiring manager. Rude i must said! And giving candidates fake impression during interviews. If No simply just say No or rejection right after interviewing is better than NO REPLY.
Then only to realised the HR handling my case also moved on to another company looking at LinkedIn update. After which Only 1 month later then I received the auto rejection email from the system then followed by a few HR email with titled a generic title.
There's definitely some issues with their HR flow of doing things.. seems so distorted and if HR want to send an email update at least reference the job Position instead of generic mass sending to candidates you rejected . Whats the difference with this and auto replying from system. Terrible experience definitely , no doubt there is hiring surge but it would have been better if they could values people time as well and provide timely feedback on the progress of the interview. It is just a big NO for dropping people into a black hole with no updates and follow up . Pretty unprofessional for such a well established company . Not sure if HR need a big revamp or the culture in the company need it... New CEO needa implement better SOP!
So if you don't hear back from them i guess it is normal so many glassdoor reviews had mentioned about this! And No hearing back from them is probably their way of rejecting you as well!
