VMware Sr Software Engineer interview questions

The process started sometime in early July 2016. The recruiter asked me that someone will call me for schedule the interview. A week gone but no response. After couple of follow up 1 round of technical discussion happened. I was confident because I answered all questions correctly. But no update from them again. When I followed up they said they will call for f2f rounds on the same day but no body called. 2 weeks passed. When I asked about updates they say they are waiting for approval from the technical team. Most unprofessional process.
