Vestas Wind Systems Engineer interview questions

From application to interview, its took almost 6 months. It seems that they were looking for CEO or not capable of making decision. In interview, they kept emphasising on decision making and they are not capable of making a simple decision. Interviewer in Denmark was absolutely arrogant and I am surprised how people in that team can deliver their best. UK staff was very reasonable and supportive, who know how to get best out from a person. One of the worst experience because of interviewer's attitude and on top of that they judge people based on a computerised test Hogan.

it is not good interview faced in and not to share.not good knowledge in HR. So it is like child interview. without knowledge they are asked the questions. Use some knowledgable lady for the recruiting processes. othervise it will spoil the company name
