had two phone interviews after submitting resume through monster.com. First Phone interview was with a recruiter and not directly with Vestas. Second interview was with an Human resources person. Final interview was onsite in Colorado. Final interview was conducted via video conference with the manager in Denmark. Overall a pretty average interview process and questions.

Interview process was smooth: HR screening, technical interview, and final manager round. Questions focused on projects, problem-solving, and fundamentals. Interviewers were professional. Overall it was moderate difficulty and positive experience .
Interview through virtual mode and 4 stages of the interview. 1 st round should be in HR and 2nd in Technical-1 and 3rd in technical-2 and the final was the HR discussion.
Quick and straightforward. Open about job position and future progress. Very attentive, with a considerate interviewer. Talked on phone and then had a virtual meeting, in which some technical details were mentioned.
