Vestas Wind Systems interview questions

Answered an ad I found online for a temporary, 1-year contract position. I met with the direct supervisor and the current employee in the position, for an hour-long interview. They were very pleasant, asked the usual interview questions, and I thought we got along well enough. After the interview, was told I would hear from them. Received an e-mail a bit later with a rejection.

The interview process was pretty easy and the interviewer did most of the talking and I was just listening to their introdcution. There are some personality tests associated in order to determine cultural fit, but it was quite easy.
