They had open interviews at the time I interviewed. I walked in and said I wanted a job. A manager took me to the back and started to ask me questions. I got an offer a couple of days later.

Easy to accomplish and not very difficult. Seemed if you used common sense you’ll be okay. Just be yourself and go in there prepared. Good luck! I didn’t get an offer but I was fine with that.
