I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Bentonville, AR) in Jun 2015
Interview
The recruiter reaches to set up the interview. The interview is a panel interview that ask three questions that have two parts. The first part of the question is situational and the last part of the questions is behavioral. Use the STAR method to answer the questions. Tell the situation that happen and walk them through the steps that you did to complete the task and assignment. Then provide the results of your actions. They really just want to see your thought process and if you are the best fit for the team.

The process included a screening, a conversation with the hiring manager, and then a series of other interviews. The call with the recruiter wasn't great.
I was asked to present myself and after I finished, they said that one of my talking points was particularly interesting. The only problem was that I never talked about that. The recruiter was on their phone and I could hear them texting on iMessage.
After a lengthy process, I received an automated rejection email.
