I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Walmart (San Bruno, CA) in Apr 2013
Interview
Lengthy but easy. Initial screening by recruiter followed by phone interview with hiring manager followed by in person interview with almost 10 people from cross functional departments including project, product and engineering. I was offered the position and accepted it. Entire process from initial call to offer letter took close to 2 weeks.

Question 1
How well do I understand SDLC?
How much experience do I have working with 3rd parties.
The process included a screening, a conversation with the hiring manager, and then a series of other interviews. The call with the recruiter wasn't great.
I was asked to present myself and after I finished, they said that one of my talking points was particularly interesting. The only problem was that I never talked about that. The recruiter was on their phone and I could hear them texting on iMessage.
After a lengthy process, I received an automated rejection email.
Great process and prompt reponse even if i didnt get the job it was a good time and experience to be a part of all things considering. Will try to be in there again
I have only have a phone screener and it was a 15 minute call asking about my experience and expectations of the job. It was a very easy call but now waiting to hear if I am selected for an interview person interview.
