I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Cambridge, MN) in May 2016
Interview
Extremely easy. I interviewed to work in the bakery. They only asked me one question, something like "when have you gone above and beyond for a customer?" The interviewer seemed more interested in screening bad apples than finding the top candidates - this made sense later when I got the job and discovered that they were very understaffed in the bakery.

Question 1
When have you gone above and beyond for a customer?
The process included a screening, a conversation with the hiring manager, and then a series of other interviews. The call with the recruiter wasn't great.
I was asked to present myself and after I finished, they said that one of my talking points was particularly interesting. The only problem was that I never talked about that. The recruiter was on their phone and I could hear them texting on iMessage.
After a lengthy process, I received an automated rejection email.
Great process and prompt reponse even if i didnt get the job it was a good time and experience to be a part of all things considering. Will try to be in there again
I have only have a phone screener and it was a 15 minute call asking about my experience and expectations of the job. It was a very easy call but now waiting to hear if I am selected for an interview person interview.
