I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Bentonville, AR) in Nov 2019
Interview
Prompt, courteous and helpful. The team went out of their way to explain the role and make sure it was something I was interested in. Had a chance to meet a lot of people I ended up working directly with.

Question 1
A number of questions in each round were related to ethics. More can be found on the WMEthics website that explains the lengths the company goes to around this topic.
The process included a screening, a conversation with the hiring manager, and then a series of other interviews. The call with the recruiter wasn't great.
I was asked to present myself and after I finished, they said that one of my talking points was particularly interesting. The only problem was that I never talked about that. The recruiter was on their phone and I could hear them texting on iMessage.
After a lengthy process, I received an automated rejection email.
Great process and prompt reponse even if i didnt get the job it was a good time and experience to be a part of all things considering. Will try to be in there again
I have only have a phone screener and it was a 15 minute call asking about my experience and expectations of the job. It was a very easy call but now waiting to hear if I am selected for an interview person interview.
