The process began with a recruiter screen to discuss my background, experience, and general fit for the role. This was followed by an interview with the hiring manager, where we delved deeper into my skills, career goals, and how I could contribute to the team. Next, there were three rounds of technical and behavioral interviews, each designed to assess my expertise in specific areas, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Overall, the experience was okay. While it was structured and thorough, it lacked the depth or engagement I was expecting in some aspects.
The process included a screening, a conversation with the hiring manager, and then a series of other interviews. The call with the recruiter wasn't great.
I was asked to present myself and after I finished, they said that one of my talking points was particularly interesting. The only problem was that I never talked about that. The recruiter was on their phone and I could hear them texting on iMessage.
After a lengthy process, I received an automated rejection email.
Great process and prompt reponse even if i didnt get the job it was a good time and experience to be a part of all things considering. Will try to be in there again
I have only have a phone screener and it was a 15 minute call asking about my experience and expectations of the job. It was a very easy call but now waiting to hear if I am selected for an interview person interview.
