I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair in Nov 2017
Interview
There were two phases before I was rejected. The first was a phone interval (behavioral). The second was a technical interview online. Phone interview lasted about 15-20 minutes, while the technical was around an hour.

Question 1
Behavioral covered everything from resume, to typical questions regarding how to solve problems. Technical question was something along the lines of creating combination of words from characters.
Had a recruiter screening, behavioral interview with a hiring manager from the team, and case interview with a more technical manager. Case was medium difficulty, I struggled but ended up getting the offer.
I applied online. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Jan 2026
Interview
Pretty easy. Had a hacker rank and then a case interview in google sheets. Two more behavioral after that. Huge AI push in the company so if you yap about that, you should be set.
Not difficult at all, just do a case and a series of behavioral - you just have to understand that they care about cross functional leadership. Very flat organization - you will be interviewed by random senior managers who don't care that much if you get hired or not
