I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Berlin)
Interview
The whole process was divided in 3 different interviews. The first one with the campus recruiter to be sure all the information about my profile and the offer are compatible.
Then a second one with a manager of the department to see my motivation, talk about my experiences and what I am excepting from the internship.
And to finish, a last interview with 2 different managers, one from the department and one from the closest department I would work directly with. The main purpose was to check about my behaviour and how I had reacted to different situations (stress, managing issues, low communication, etc.).

Question 1
Tell us about a problem you faced in your previous experiences. What were your reactions? How did you solve it?
You notice that one of your colleagues is not respecting the rules of the company and that this could be detrimental to the company's survival. What do you do?
Had a recruiter screening, behavioral interview with a hiring manager from the team, and case interview with a more technical manager. Case was medium difficulty, I struggled but ended up getting the offer.
I applied online. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Jan 2026
Interview
Pretty easy. Had a hacker rank and then a case interview in google sheets. Two more behavioral after that. Huge AI push in the company so if you yap about that, you should be set.
Not difficult at all, just do a case and a series of behavioral - you just have to understand that they care about cross functional leadership. Very flat organization - you will be interviewed by random senior managers who don't care that much if you get hired or not
