I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Berlin) in Mar 2022
Interview
It’s a long process but people are kind and nice, the make the whole interview lighter. First screening with HR, second Business Case with Manager, panel with 3 people and again HR
It was a great interview process. They were all very kind. They explained what the role was and the company culture. Had to do a case. It was a very pleasant experience.
Recruiter screen followed with more rounds with members of hiring team. Wanted to leave a comment on how ridiculous the comp package is. 64-70k is not a livable salary especially with the inflated COL in a city like Boston. They even asked if I could relocate at my own expense which is ridiculous for that salary offer. Considering it's also 4 days in person and seems to be a very traditional corporate structure/environment... just no.
There are 4 rounds typically. Started with a recruiter call followed by a hiring manager interview. Mostly case questions and behavioural questions. Followed by 3 back to back interviews on Wayfair values.
