I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Wipro (Kochi) in Aug 2011
Interview
Wipro Technologies came to my campus in August 2011. The recruitment process lasted 4 days with the result being declared on the sixth day. There were 3 levels of test:
1. Aptitude test
2. Essay writing
3. Interview (Technical + H.R.)
The aptitude test results were declared on the same day as the test. All selected candidates took an essay writing test which lasted 10 minutes and minimum word limit was 250 words. No results were declared and then there were subsequent interviews. Interviews were technical and HR based. Those that cleared the technical interview were allowed to take the HR interview with the rest being eliminated. The final results were declared a day after the last round of HR interviews.
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
It feels amazing to be genuinely respected, not just as an employee, but truly valued as the company's greatest asset.
The interview process was well-structured, professional, and engaging. The interviewer was friendly, knowledgeable, and created a comfortable environment for discussion. Questions were relevant to the role and allowed me to showcase my skills and experience. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, making the overall experience positive and rewarding.
