The hiring process was fairly simple .. It was part of the campus placement procedure.. It had a written test followed by interviews(1 technical and 1 hr) .. The written test was online

First an Online Aptitude test(elimination round) consisting of english, logical reasoning, arithmetic etc. After selection you have a general round (non eliminating) where you have to fill in your personal details as well as your preferred location apart from an essay on the given topic(general social/current affair topics) Then you have 2 more rounds.i.e 1) Technical interview 2) HR interview Both of these are eliminating.
