Interview
Experience person interview is easy and simple. But the point to write review is most of the time job openings are fake means they just call for interview and select you, collect documents in the name of verification but never give you offer. They dont even receive call after it.They do just to their HR work.Their job openings on monster are fake.Dont bother about interview but about genunity of opening else you get frustrated by just following big name because they inform you after a month that they have no vaccany.Seems lot of nepotism.
HR managers work very haphazardly.

Interview
First we had an online test where questions on general aptitude were asked. In the next section, we had a technical round of 30 questions, mostly based on basic programming syntax and data structures in C. If you clear both sections, you'll be immediately notified by the web page, and you'll be required to write an essay of 300 words on a topic given by the computer. This will be mostly to test your English grammar, but consider yourself selected for the next round.
Then will be the technical interview. The interviewer, knowing that I was Mechanical, didn't ask any programming questions. He asked about my achievements, took my opinion on a social issue. After this was cleared, I was directed to the HR interview. There, the interviewer asked how I would resolve an issue within my team, if I were a leader. After giving a not so satisfactory answer, I was cleared!
