I applied online. I interviewed at Wood Mackenzie (London, England) in Feb 2019
Interview
It was a 3 stage interview: a phone interview with the HR, then a face to face interview with the hiring manager and then a conference call with a director. Interview at each stage went well. However, 2 weeks after my final interview, I emailed the HR contact to ask whether she could let me know if a final decision had been made with my application, I never received a reply. I followed up with a second email 2 weeks later but never received a response. I thought it was incredibly rude and unprofessional since I went through several rounds of the interview process and wouldnt want to work for an organisation that thinks this sort of behaviour is acceptable.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Wood Mackenzie in Mar 2019
Interview
Applied Online. Received an email from the HR asking for availability to discuss the role. Got a reply from the HR after sending out the availabilities twice. The HR scheduled a call and then changed it last minute (5 min before the call) and then never called back. Highly unprofessional.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Wood Mackenzie
Interview
Multi-step process that took a little over 2 months from phone screen to offer. The process started with a LinkedIn message from a recruiter, and ended with a 3-4hr in-person assessment day. The process consisted of a phone screen, numerical assessment, in-person interview with a consulting case study.
