Interview
Its what they call as assessment center where there is a series of selection process conducted in a day. Starting with one on one interview with the HR, followed by technical interview, group discussion, presentation test, excel skills and etc. By the end of the day you will be exhausted. However, the process is very efficient and they do get the best people out of this selection process.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wood Mackenzie (Houston, TX) in Jul 2014
Interview
Difficult process - two phone interviews, then a half-day-long interview at their offices. HR interview, a test, and then a presentation at their offices in front of a panel of employees, with follow-up questions by a team of analysts. Somewhat enjoyable, but also challenging. Everyone was very nice though.
A few weeks later I got an email that they wanted to speak with me, which got my hopes up, but it was to tell me I didn't get the job. I would have preferred the email had just said that, but I think the insistence on the personal touch was nice.

Question 1
Typical questions on my experience and knowledge for doing the job. No curveballs.
