Sent a virtual interview for me to record answers to my questions. No feedback or human contact. It's ridiculous to have candidates invest time in something and then give no response whatsoever. Interviews are supposed to be for both sides.

Interview
There wasn’t much of an interview process. I originally passed a screening call and progressed to the next stage only for Wood Mac to ghost myself and an external recruiter. They then returned after 4 weeks had passed, scheduling an interview with the hiring manager, only for it to be rescheduled for the next week. The next week came and again the interview was rescheduled. After another week of ghosting they finally returned to tell the external recruiter that they had filled the role and that I should apply for a temporary 6 month role despite the one I applied too being permanent. Overall this was a serious lack of professionalism and respect for candidates, stay clear of this company.

It was easy as they would give you the interview's control so it can flows based on your past experiences and situations, then followed by technical questions with some trick ones.
