Two interviews in total. One 15 minute virtual interview and the last was 10 minutes. Very professional and encouraging interviewers. Very positive experience with supportive recruiter. Difficulty was average. Would definitely recommend anyone qualified to apply.
I applied online. I interviewed at Wood Mackenzie (London, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
There was a video interview which you need to record yourself. There was also time to practice and think before recording. There was also some examples for preparation before main interview.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wood Mackenzie (Edinburgh, Schottland) in Mar 2019
Interview
Applied through their website. Received invitations to numerical reasoning test (from SHL) and pre-recorded, 15 minute video interview. Later got a short call from quite competent HR representative, explaining why they can't match salary expectations, offering to check something but not following up. It seems that they receive a lot of applications, however their online recruitment system doesn't give much visibility of status or rejection of your application, they don't even send out "unsuccessful" courtesy note. Also, would be handy if they listed salary ranges in the openings - this could save some time on both sides. Overall my experience was neutral, seems like a very popular employer (N.B. from a point of view of industry insider, their analysis and reports make sense, unlike those of some smaller competitors that lack industry understanding) but overwhelmed with volume of applications and struggling with dated hiring system?
