I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at World Kinect Corporation (London, England)
Interview
The interview process lasted for more than a month. Very unprofessional behaviour on behalf of them as they rearranged the interview twice. The recruiter (in house) who contacted me was very friendly buty it was very difficult to reach him/her out. In general they were very friendly, their offices are very nice and it looks like a company you want to work for.

Question 1
Main duties and responsibilities for the subject role and how do you add value to the company
I applied online. I interviewed at World Kinect Corporation in Jul 2019
Interview
They called me like four times. first two times for Workday HCM role, they interviewed me on the phone, The manager did not select me.
1 year later, the position is open again (very weird)
they called me on the phone again and they contacted me on LinkedIn many times, I interviewed with the recruiter on the phone, he said he shared my resume with the manager and manager rejected me again.
The position is still open and showing available on LinkedIn, I don't understand what is they are looking for.
Very disappointing.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at World Kinect Corporation (Houston, TX)
Interview
Came in and talked to the head of the dept and another person on the team. Questions were fairly simple and straight forward.
The biggest issue was how it went from there. I had 3 - 4 phone interviews with people from London and legal in Miami. Was given all sorts of affirmative feedback "we need someone with your skills".
Then nothing. The job was then moved to a different location. Then it was taken down and there was no explanation as to why or what happened. Nothing. You figure that if you post a role, you would have it budgeted and approved. Seems from looking from the outside there was some internal political nonsense going on.
If it's only a phone interview I understand only getting a canned email "regrets". But, you're 4 to 5 interviews deep and you're still getting a canned "regrets" email that is just cowardly. Pick up the phone.
