The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at World Kinect Corporation (Miami, FL) in Jun 2012
Interview
I interviewed with World Fuel to be a member of a 7-9 person group working primarily in a IT support role for the current rollout of the company's main management software, which manages physical oil inventories and sales, as well as financial trades etc. I spoke with about 6 people, ranging from a young girl who was currently in the exact role I was interviewing for to the CIO of the company. The company seemed somewhat disorganized, because a couple of the interviewers were late, including the HR guide lady, who was out to lunch when I first arrived. The interview process had no puzzles, etc. The toughest questions included typical cliche ones like "where do you see yourself in 5 years?" ... "Give me an example of when you had a big problem working in a group.." ...etc. The people however were extremely nice. The Doral, FL. offices seemed very nice, comfortable, and clean. People seemed to cheerfully engage each other but also were diligently working.

Question 1
Since you have studied Finance, as I see, then why don't you want to be an analyst for funds or a trader, etc?
