World Kinect Corporation interview questions

2 -3 weeks was my experience. Initially, seems like they were moving fast as they were needing to fill the position soon, multiple rounds with manager and team members,STAR method was mostly used in the interview. No feedback or decision after interviews, just ghosted.

The interview process was composed of two 30 minute long Zoom calls with two separate people. Both of my interviewers were friendly and felt fairly informal. My questions were strictly behaviorally based.
