Ich empfand es als ein sehr angenehmes und offenes Gespräch, bei dem direkt das Du angeboten wurde. Es wurden Fragen beantwortet und mehrere Teammitglieder vorgestellt. Sehr professionell. Direkt wurde klar, dass nach einer ambitionierten Person gesucht wird, die auch mal bereit ist mehr zu geben als vorgeschrieben.
