long and tedious but cope up the process, 3 rounds, hr then technical round then talking with the ceo of company. it was casual and more of introductory process, they do a lot a background verification before approaching us. once they approached then make us feel comfortable and they let us know who they are what they do etc. introduce colleagues and explain the company policy salary details
