XYZ interview questions

Typically, there are 2 phone interviews and a coding test. Then the candidate is called on-site and there are 5-6 interviews of 45 mins each. We have engineers in the Bay Area and Bangalore and the "phone interview" may be via skype. Different interviewers have different styles, but generally there is less emphasis on puzzles or super-fancy data-structures. Problems are typically related to data processing algorithms. There is emphasis on coding and we generally ask for code/pseudo-code for a solution
