XYZ interview questions

I have been applying for the Electrical Design Engineer role in the UK. I have more than 7 years of experience in Electrical and lighting. But I don't have UK project experience and also I didn't work on high-rise building projects. I am eagerly looking for an opportunity to work in an organization in London, but everybody is asking for 1-2 years of experience in building services even for a junior post. I have no idea how to crack to get an interview to the final stage. I am looking for a junior position to get an experience. But nobody is ready to accept. Every company is rejecting me because I don't have experience in building services. The courses for building services and electrical design courses are very expensive as well. It's a very horrible situation now.

first round was OA in which we were given 3 problems ranging between mid-to-diff level, second round was in-person interview with focus on projects, computer fundamental subjects like OOPs, DBMS, OS and less of CNs.
