In general was a good experience. They have some criterion very well established related to some key points such as ownership, customer centric, results oriented, stakeholder management. I would recommend to prepare some STAR stories based on that.

Hiring Manager interview which was the second round. The interviewer was kind and patient to answer all questions. He had outlined the course of the interview in the beginning and gave a brief intro of the job. Had 4 questions and the remaining 20 mins where for me to ask questions.

How did you work in a project? Had you a defined goal that you had to achieve or a problem that you had to work on to solve?
Smooth process, initial interview with HR followed by two more rounds with hiring managers. All 3 were very professional and asked pertinent questions. They were not clear about the requirements earlier and told me they were looking for someone more junior for the role.
