I was invited for a short call with recruiter (30min) and afterwards to a call with hiring manager (30min). At the end of the call HM was very excited from the profile and promised me that he will arrange with the HR another meeting in the office for valuation of my tech skills. This never happen and I got vague email stating "that I didn't fit the role". Unfortunately very unprofessional and confusing, this whole process made a very negative impression of the company.
