The interview process was smooth. I felt very comfortable with the recruiter and hiring manager. They asked about my previous experiences and asked about my motivation for the role. It was more like a conversation than an interview.

About 8-9 days after the application, the recruiter reached out for an interview with the hiring manager the following week. The interview was mostly focusing on soft skills. Following the interview, the company took 5-6 weeks to send a rejection.

I was invited to do an interview and asked my availability. I provided availability for multiple days. I never heard back. I followed up with two emails directly to the recruiter that invited me to interview and was completely ghosted.

1. submit cv - 9 days later received invitation for first interview 2. initial interview with team lead buyer - 6 days later received invitation for 2nd interview for swot analysis ppt 3. case study on swot analysis ppt with team member + buyer (3 people) - still on process and waiting for update
