1 phone, 2 rounds on-site.
Phone: questions about work and education background, interests and ambitions.
1st round on-site: background about the company, the role, and plans. weird mix of questions. got the idea that the interviews were very impulsive and unstructured. felt like interviewers tried to make interviewee uncomfortable.
2nd round on-site: an easy business case-type problem set. relatively straight-forward problems, but the interviewers kept distracting and intimidating and didn't want to discuss assumptions or parameters where they were unclear. then straight to salary expectations / negotiations - where they pressured you to commit to a salary expectations while falsely insisting you did poorly on the business case and should not expect a very high salary. felt unprofessional, insincere and cheap.
