Interview
I applied through the website and was contacted by a recruiter to schedule my first interview. After completing the initial interview, I did not hear back for over a week, even after following up. I eventually left it at that. However, about a month later, I received a message from a different recruiter informing me that I had passed the previous interview and that four additional interviews would be scheduled.
Unfortunately, the calendar link provided had no available slots. I notified the recruiter, but received no response. A week later, I received a reminder email to provide availability, which I did, but again there was no reply. It was only after reaching out to a different recruiter that the remaining interviews were finally scheduled.
The interview experience itself was disappointing. The second interview, which was supposed to involve two interviewers, had only one present. The fourth interview was particularly unprofessional, with the interviewer appearing to be in an unstable environment, seemingly an alley with poor internet connectivity. I was asked a system design question and received minimal interaction, making it feel like I was recording a monologue rather than having a meaningful conversation.
Overall, the process was disorganized and frustrating. I found the lack of communication and unprofessional conduct to be highly disrespectful. There is a lot of room for improvement in terms of candidate experience and communication.
