I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Zara (Wayne, NJ) in Oct 2011
Interview
Only got an interview because I knew a friend who worked there. I had submitted an application numerous times before and never so much as got a call of rejection. First interview was with an assistant manager, who then passed me along to the store manager and manager in training. Heard back within 3 hours for the job. Was working the next week. I was hired as a seasonal employee, then stayed on for 1.5 years.

Question 1
How long can i be committed to the job? I was looking for part time work to help me put gas in the car, my most basic need as a commuting student. Seems like their hiring of seasonal staff often turned into a more permanent position.
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

Question 1
How do you handle high-pressure environments/situations?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
