I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zara (San Antonio, TX) in Aug 2013
Interview
Found an ad on craigslist for sales associate, it was an open interview from 2-6; had to bring a resume to get interviewed on the spot. there was a little application to fill out, but the department manager didn't look at it only the resume. It was all basic interview question for a sales associate nothing unexpected. Questions like Why do you want to work for Zara, what's your weakness and strengths, conversation about previous work availability, have you worked with shipment/stock nothing real difficult.....I think it all depends on witch department your going to work in and the manager interviewing you....Just so happened when I went to interview it was for the kids department. The manager was real easy breezy about the interview....I was called a week later, and accepted the job I started the next day

Question 1
nothing was to difficult. Maybe the weakness and strength question
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

Question 1
How do you handle high-pressure environments/situations?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

Question 1

super casual, just stand in front of a store,

like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
