i applied online by emailing my resume. I got a call the next day to come in for an interview.
The interview took about 10 minutes. I was asked about my availability, my past experience and current trends. They called me 2 days later to come in for a second interview. When i got there, i was introduced to some of the staff, the manager explained the details of the job and hired me.

It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
