How is anyone suppose to know this without being trained or exposed? They expect you to know who they usually pitch to... again how are you suppose to know that already?

Why do you want to work at Trustpilot? Where do you see yourself in five years? Literally the most generic interview questions imaginable, but what else can you expect when you're getting interviewed by a 27 year old.
