It is very friendly and responsive. The process is smooth and considerate and the interviewee felt respected. There are multiple rounds of interviews depending on your position and level to be interviewed. Questions were asked during the interviews are thoughtful and meaningful. Overall a petty pleasant experience.
First will be contacted by HR then interview with hiring manager and second round with departmental head and other senior manager. Overall if applying internally, Relationship is more valued than skills

Initial phone screening followed by two on site interviews. First with direct supervisor and then second with the manager of department. Very standard stuff and very typical interview questions. Nothing out of the ordinary at all. I felt far more prepared for the interview than they were.

There was nothing too difficult. It was all very standard and the questions were not difficult. Where do you expect to be in five years? Describe a tough situation in a previous work experience and how you overcame it, questions like that.
